The path to Self-Realization as explained in Bhagawad Gita is;
Dhayana Yoga or meditation [inner awakening], going within, being yourself, connecting to the self by the self. Meditation purifies the mind and helps it focus inwards.
Gyana Yoga, the path of knowledge or wisdom, an aspect of inner awakening. The knowledge of discrimination guided by consciousness. Discriminative wisdom guided by Soul Consciousness.
Karma Yoga, the path of righteous action, guided by discriminative wisdom. The aspirant devotes all his actions to God.
“To behold the Self in the self by the self, some follow the path of Meditation [Dhyana], some follow the path of Knowledge [Gyana] and some the path of Karma, selfless action.”
Bhagavad Gita
